This one goes out to the dry rub purists. We've given our baby back ribs a Memphis-style dry rub, a generous amount of time in the smoker – and nothing else.
Preheat oven to 400 F and place oven rack in middle position. Remove all outer packaging, peel away and discard inner film. Place pan in oven and heat about 10-15 minutes or until internal tamp reaches 165 F. * Optional: Baste ribs with your favorite sauce and serve.
GAS OR BBQ GRILL:
Pre-light charcoal according to package direction or turn grill to medium-high and allow to heat up prior to cooking. Remove all outer packaging, peel away and discard inner film. Place pan directly on grill and heat until browned on one side, about 4-5 minutes. Flip and continue to cook for approximately 4-5 more minutes or until internal temp reaches 165 F and meat has browned on both sides. * Optional: Baste ribs with your favorite sauce and serve.
