Pulled Pork + Boneless Pork Ribs + Pulled Chicken

This boneless BBQ trifecta is perfect for those who want as little friction between them and tender, slow-smoked meat as possible. We still recommend a napkin, though.

INSTRUCTIONS

CONVENTIONAL OVEN:

Preheat oven to 350 F and set one oven rack to middle position. Remove the tray containing the 2-meat BBQ combo platter from its cardboard sleeve and peel off the top film. Discard the film and place the tray and all contents onto a baking sheet before loading into the oven. Place baking sheet with 2-meat BBQ combo platter on to the middle rack of the oven. Bake all products together approximately 10-15 minutes or until internal temperature hits 165 F. Remove from oven carefully for serving. Once reheated, product is ready to eat as is and may be served right from the tray. If desired, use 2 forks and gently pull apart the pieces of BBQ pork to create a shredded product ideal for making BBQ sandwiches.
