Lightly Seasoned Pork Belly

INSTRUCTIONS

CONVENTIONAL OVEN:

For Easy Slicing and Serving:
Preheat oven to 400°F and set oven rack to center position. Remove tray from cardboard sleeve. Cut open plastic pouch, remove pork belly and place into oven-safe black tray. Place tray on baking sheet and into oven. Roast for about 15-20 minutes or until internal temp reaches 140°F. Flip the belly halfway through cooking. Carefully remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before slicing.

For Extra Crispy Belly:
Pour about ¼ inch of oil into non-stick frying pan. Preheat the oil on medium high before adding the pork belly. Turn the belly as it cooks to brown evenly on all sides. Remove from pan when golden brown all over. Allow to cool slightly before slicing.

MICROWAVE OVEN:

Least Crisp:
Remove tray from cardboard sleeve. Cut open plastic pouch, remove pork belly and place in microwave-safe black tray. Microwave on high for 3-5 minutes until pork belly is hot. Allow to cool slightly before slicing.
